I really liked the personnel at Kam's Auto Service especially since I found out David is working there. I trust him to be honest with me about repairs that need to be made on my auto. I do think the prices may be a little high, I know we compared them to "Goodyear and they were higher than them. I will probably make Kam's my auto repair shop in the future.

Brought in my 03 Taurus for a tuneup due to a misfire. Drove home and felt 100% better. I went to start the car the following morning and the car would not start...just a clicking noise. I called Kams and happened to get the tech who worked on the car. He advised that he had to charge the battery while it was there and said it was on it's way out...not the alternator. I asked about coming out to replace the battery and he gave me a fair price on the item. Downside is they want to charge 60.00 to come out to do it and now I have to make alt arrangements to get to work until it gets replaced. Turns out its a Walmart battery and only has been in the car for a year so will check with them on the warranty. I still gave a positive review based on past experiences and that the original problem was fixed. Would have been nice if they would have mentioned this issue before I left their shop. It would have saved me quite the hassle.

Kams did what they said they would do and do it for a fair price.

KAMS Auto Center has always been very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about diagnosing what is wrong with your vehicle... The staff is excellent, and make you feel very comfortable about what is going on with your vehicle.. I have honestly had no problems with KAMS Auto Center in the times I have taken my vehicles to be serviced.. I always try to recommend anyone I can to KAMS Auto Center..
