I've always been pleased with KAMS service. They seem like they genuinely care and look out for the car owner. I usually just drop in for my oil changes without an appointment, but I no longer live in town, so I made an appointment for this past oil change during my visit to town (that's how much I like KAMS). I was disappointed that, despite my appointment, my car was not taken into the garage until an hour after the scheduled appointment. I am a firm believer that appointments come before walk-ins, even when the walk-ins arrived prior to my appointment time. That is the point of making an appointment.
