Excellent service as always. The owners/managers are always professional, kind, and honest. And Karen is the absolute best!!! Not only does she have an amazing attitude....But she has that place organized, efficient, and running in tip-top shape! She even made sure I had transportation to and from Kams when my husband was out of town and none of my friends were able to help. She is super cool!! I have had 4 vehicles repaired at Kams over the last year. The entire staff and process from diagnosis to pickup is quick, professional, honest and thorough. The mechanics are relentless in finding the root cause of the problem and focusing on getting your vehicle back on the road asap which always saves me time and money. Kams is the best repair shop I have ever used in 40 years highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Dependable work

I was very satisfied with my experience at Kams. This is not my first visit here and every time I have had work done, it was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I will return.

I was able to make an appointment the day before I needed the work done. So that I didn't have to wait for the work to be done (no one was home to pick me to go out for lunch) KAMS provided me with courtesy drop off and pick up. How many mechanical shops will do that? They driver was one of the nicest young men I've come in contact with recently.I give them 5 stars for professional customer service and repairs performed in a timely manner without trying to talk you into unnecessary repairs.I recommend them all the time.---KAMS is the only shop who works on my 5 cars!
