If you need your vehicle serviced then drive immediately (or have it towed) to Kam's Auto Service Center. We were introduced to Kam's through my extended family who has been using Kam's since they were at their original location. We have not been that long of a customer. We started using Kam's around 2008. Kam's has worked on all (3) three of our vehicles through the years. My wife has told her doctors that she relies and trust her auto mechanic more then her doctors. As she puts it, her safety depends on the reliability of her vehicle. I believe that you can always find mechanics that can repair your vehicle(s) but it is rare to find the one that you can build a personal trusted relationship and provide quality professional services. We did at Kam's! We appreciate all the staff. You will be warmly greeted and welcomed by the front desk staff to the busy professional service technician working on your vehicle. The glue that holds this together for us is David, Kam's Manager. David's broad knowledge, experiences, and customer service radiates through when listening to your vehicle problems. He is an active listener. He excels in his personal communication and follow up to you. A lot happens from the time you hand your keys to the warm helpful staff at the front desk until they are handed back to you that we often overlook what has occurred. I call it the magic of perseverance. Let me quote Perseverance by Jacob A. What a great experience. After talking with Jessica in the office, they sent a tow truck to my house to pick up my Mustang. They communicated every step with me, and repaired it in a timely fashion as they promised and the price was not shocking considering all they did for me to make me and my car feel important. Want to personally thank Ken, Jessica and Steve. You have earned my business on all my vehicles. And will share my experience with friends and family. Thank you guys and gals!

I have a 3500 NV Nissan van. I bought it new in 2016. In 2019 the low air light came on and has been on ever since. Three different shops have worked on this issue over the years. One of the shops was a Nissan dealer. The dealer made it go out for 24 hours and it came back on the next day. That was the last time we attempted to get it fixed. KAMS figured it out. The low air light is no longer on. They did a 100,000 mile service on the van and fixed a couple of other things. It was in a timely manner and the price was great. Thanks to Alan and the KAMS staff.

I've been scammed by several mechanics in the past.. so much so that I've rebuilt several engines myself by hand. I'm getting a little older, and quite frankly don't have either the time or a convenient place to do such work anymore, so KAMS has been my go-to since moving to GA in 2018. KAMS is the ONLY place I trust and they have done great work at a decent price every time I go! The tech working on my former State Trooper 2014 Dodge Charger made sure to call me, double check the work I wanted done, and also warn me about doing a transmission flush and fill on a car that has never had it done before. (If you don't know, and if you don't get the transmission flushed and filled at the recommended intervals... sediment, grit, grime, etc can settle in the transmission pan. Once you do finally take it in, a flush can cause this mess to spread all over your transmission and ruin it.. happens all the time... either do it regularly or don't do it at all... I don't recommend the latter) Fortunately, being an ex-LEO vehicle, they are required by law to get regular maintenance done, so I was in good shape. I was able to drop the car off after work thanks to their drop box, and it was ready the next day.... looking beautiful and running great. I can not thank KAMS and their wonderful employees enough! You do have a lifelong customer here!
