I, like, I assume most people, just want a relationship with a reputable auto repair service. Someone, who we can trust to be honest, knowledgable, dependable, timely and fair. I have only been to Kam's for one repair, my first contact was on the phone, curtious, professional and Attentive, I decided to give Kam's my business that day, as I was sitting in the lobby waiting on my ride to pick me up, I observed enter action between staff and other customers and also how the technicians worked like professionals, the lobby area was clean and neat, the shop areas looked organized.I relieved a call within an hour with my repair diagnostics and cost, soon my approval the repair moved forward, in all honesty, I did not expect my vehicle to be ready until the next day, to my my surprise, I received a call that my vehicle was ready that same same day. When I picked my vehicle up, I was expecting the hidden charges, that so many other place throw in at the last second to surface, but again, to my surprise, the total cost was less than, I expected, they are quick to inform you of the discount available if you are a AAA member.Over all I was pleased with the service provided and plan to return for future services.

I stopped by KAMs this AM for an issue created by another Muffler shop in Acworth and couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service I received. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady in the front office who quickly got someone to assess what I needed for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. They immediately quoted a very reasonable replacement and completed the service within an hour! I had an eye appointment originally scheduled as well, and KAMs even provided me a Durango to drive up the street to go to my appointment while they did my repair. This was an overall WOW experience. The new exhaust sounds fantastic and the team there was very professional. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Kennesaw & Acworth area needing service on your vehicle. Their shop was very clean, nice waiting area and some very nice cars & trucks being serviced this AM as well. Thanks KAMs for a great experience!

Ken explained the repairs need very well. He listened to my other concerns and came back with positive solutions. This is my second time using KAMS and will use them again.

My experience at KAMs yesterday was Fantastic! I stopped by hoping to get a solution for my exhaust / muffler replacement as I had a bad experience at another shop in town and KAMs staff was extremely personable, professional and helpful. The sense of urgency to help out was unmatched, pricing was very reasonable and the quality of work outstanding! I would highly recommend this shop for auto service. I think most will be impressed by how clean and organized the shop area is and a nice waiting area. I was even unexpectedly provided a vehicle to use to go to my eye appointment while they fixed my Jeep! Thanks for an awesome experience!
