My F150 had been having issues and I stopped in to see if I could get an estimate and schedule an appointment. Not only did they take me for a test drive but had my truck back on the rack as soon as we got back and did the work. I was in and out in less than an hour. Russell was the technician and he explained what he thought it was and he was dead on. Everyone there is always very pleasant and accommodating. I will use them for all of my vehicle service from now on.

This was our first visit to Kam's. The moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and how can I help you today. We asked to speak to one of the mechanics and he came in, again with a smile and what can I do for you. (This seems to be a rare greeting in today's world.) My husband explained the problem and he immediately said what he thought it was. We had the van towed, he called with the "diagnosis", we told him to go ahead with the repair and we picked it up that afternoon. Many thanks for great service.

My experience at Kams Auto Service blew me away! Professional, Deliberate, and Timely. From the receptionist at the front desk, to the cleanliness of the lobby Kams lets you know that they care about the details. I brought my car to Kams after having terrible experiences at Meineke and Cadillac. Kams was able to diagnose and fix my car within a day and a half (including ordering the parts). My repair was substantial and the cost was high. However, Kams called me, walked me through the issues, and allowed me to ask as many questions as I could think of. At no point in my interactions with Kams did they make me feel like any of my questions were dumb. In fact, they explained each part in detail. I would feel comfortable sending my wife to Kams by herself. When I walked in, I wasn't sure if I would even leave my car with another mechanic. By the time I left, Kams gained a new customer, for I will bring all my cars to Kams, and I will refer all my neighbors to Kams. Thank you Kams, your Service is what all smaller local businesses should strive for.
