The Staff and service was very good

upon hearing back from Kams about my recent visit there, I am very satisfied with their response to a complaint I had. They did apologize, which in todays "customer service" type companies, is rare. I will re-visit them in the future.

I have a f150 and the righr rear seal and bearings went out and needed to be replaced and they also said I needed the axle shaft replaced because it was bent. and because of the gear lube on everything brake pads had to be replaced as well. they got me in the same morning I called . witch was awesome I had just got to the campground and noticed that I had this problem. fast friendly service and they gave me a ride back to the campground and came and picked me up when the work was done. looks like they did a good job. but they are a little pricy. after looking up the parts and figuring in labor it was a few hundred dollars to hi. so if you want good work fast friendly service and dont mind paying a little more for it. they wil take care of you.
