Our van suddenly wouldn't start and I had it towed to Kams after hours. They called me in the morning using my drop-off information before they officially open at 8am. I told them what was happening and they called me back within an hour with the reason, and a price. It was done by noon. Very professional and quick. Van is working great.

Needed a new windshield for an elderly family member and needed for it to be done at our home if at all possible. KAMS scheduled the replacement and we saved $140 over the quoted amount my relative received from another service. Work was completed in less than 30 minutes and when it was promised. As always, couldn't be happier!!!

I went there for a dead battery. Although they were about to close, they still took my car in, made a quick inspection to make sure it was not the alternator (per my request - they already know I just needed a new battery, but I insisted) and they didn't complain once! All I received was amazing customer service and a new battery for a fair price! You can tell the people who wok here simply love what they do and making their customers happy. It is quite a drive for me, but if, God forbid, I have issues with my car again, I'm bringing it to KAMS!

So I dropped in on a Saturday with no appointment with an electrical issue. Battery was dead but checked ok. KAMS worked me in checked it out and found nothing. Could have sold me anything but was honest adout it and said they hadn't found a cause. Fair charge for checking it out and sent me on my way. Fast forward two weeks. Battery went dead again. Had it check, and all is well. Took it back to KAMS. A few more things started happening with the car and after explaining, I left the vehicle. Long story I know but KAMS found the issue finally. A sensor in all places, the battery cable. Gone bad and wasn't letting the battery charge. Go figure. Had to order the cable but all should be well in a few days. Fair price for all their efforts.
