Before heading there, I checked their Google reviews and saw how many people spoke highly of them, so I decided to trust them. I arrived a day before Thanksgiving. The team told me honestly that they wouldn’t be able to start the repair until after the holiday. I ended up needing to call a tow truck to Chicago, but what truly impressed me was their kindness: they allowed me to stay on their parking lot for three days, completely free of charge, while I waited for the tow truck. They refused to take any money for parking and treated me with real respect. I am sincerely grateful to everyone there. These are genuinely good people. The ladies at the front desk and the boss were extremely kind, polite, and helpful. In today’s world, this level of humanity is rare. May God bless them for their kindness and honesty.
