Great extended with Kams! We moved in about a year ago and was recommended to use Kams when we had a vehicle issue. They were prompt, responsive and kept me in the loop during the entire process. The pricing was also very fair and I am extremely pleased with the results !

Had previously used Kams and had a decent experience. This time, had my son take my Dodge Challenger in because it cut off going down the highway and wouldn't restart. Showed 86 miles left on the gas range. First they call and say the battery is dead and it's $280, but we declined as it was a month old battery. Then they say their standard diagnostic isn't enough and it will be $300 for a deeper diagnostic. We agreed. Then they say it's the fuel pump. So we agree to fix. Was supposed to have the car back on a Tuesday and didn't get it back until Friday when they call to tell us it just needed gas. But now we have to pay $900 to get the car because they installed and uninstalled a fuel pump THAT THEY MISDIAGNOSED! But told my son they noticed when they went to replace it that it was just the gas. Pickup the car and it still isn't correct. When the car is completely full the gauge won't go over 3/4 full. It's not right, but I definitely won't take my vehicles back there. Was just a money grab because my son is younger and didn't want to fuss with them.

I trust KAMS with my suburban that I use to haul around a lot of kids. I appreciated their honest feedback after an inspection/diagnostic and their quick work so I could get to packing the kids back in there. Highly recommend for efficiency, honesty and supporting their business.
