Worst experience at a repair shop ever. They overcharge for the diagnostic fee. You pay almost $150 for them to check the codes. Not actually preform any diagnostics on the vehicle. Oh and that’s per code… or per problem, not one charge for all of them. Their military discount is a joke. I asked for them to preform an alignment on my vehicle before a 8 hr drive. And they left EVERY bolt on the front end less than HAND TIGHT. This caused my front wheel bearings to wear faster due to the increased stress on them and I had to pay an additional $530 for new ones. And Kams did nothing to fix the problem. They didn’t even give the me $530 that was due to their negligence. So moral of the story do not ever go here. EVER!
KAMS did try to speak to you. We had hoped that after having a conversation with your father we could rectify this situation. We explained to you and your father that we would look at the vehicle again with no further charge for the diagnostic. We explained that we wanted to help you solve the diagnostic issue. We refunded your money for the alignment for the trouble you had with your vehicle. We explained to your father that because you have large spacers on your wheels, that this is likely the cause of your issues regarding wheel bearings. Your father said he would speak with you and have you come up to take care of your misfire issue. We are not in business to upset customers. We are here to help when you can bring your vehicle in. Regarding our military discount, we find that many Veterans (I am assuming your father) are very happy we offer a discount.
