Acworth Auto Repair

On Thursday August 28, 2025 we were on the way to a horse show in Tennessee and pulling a large horse trailer when the left front brakes (which had been replaced that Monday in my hometown several hours away) began to smoke. It was a very hazardous situation on the Interstate but we were able to get off an exit at Acworth and were so blessed to call KAMS. The owner, Ken, was so kind and within 30 minutes had the truck in for evaluation and it was diagnosed, parts ordered and repaired that afternoon so we could continue to Tennessee for the National Horse Show. His technician was very kind and obviously capable and I learned a lot about calipers, brakes and rotors! The front staff made us comfortable in their neat waiting area. I wish KAMS was a little closer to me as I would use them for all my truck and auto repairs. In fact, it may be worth a trip to see them as Ken and his staff are true professionals in addition to being such nice people. You just don't find this often.

KAMS is always very quick and efficient with their service. The technicians are top notch, and work is complete and professional. My favorite thing about KAMS is they don't continually try to sell you services you don't want or need. That's very rare among automobile repair shops.

I have always found Kams reliable, trustworthy and helpful. I have never been surprised and they have serviced three different vehicles for my family. Very high regards for them.

Excellent service!! Great communication!! I previously took my vehicle to another mechanic that claimed to fix some issues I faced, however they were never fixed! Kams auto service was able to fix all of my problems at a great price. Highly recommended.
