Have been going to Kams since 2004 and have always had excellent service.

I've always been pleased with KAMS service. They seem like they genuinely care and look out for the car owner. I usually just drop in for my oil changes without an appointment, but I no longer live in town, so I made an appointment for this past oil change during my visit to town (that's how much I like KAMS). I was disappointed that, despite my appointment, my car was not taken into the garage until an hour after the scheduled appointment. I am a firm believer that appointments come before walk-ins, even when the walk-ins arrived prior to my appointment time. That is the point of making an appointment.

I bring my car to KAMS for a reason! Fast and efficient service, GREAT customer service, and sincere concern about keeping me safe on the road. There's no one else I would even think to go!

As always, curteous, and didn't take me for a ride....thats why I go back all the time!!

The quality of work is great and the job was done right, but the labor charge was too high. The hourly labor rate times the amount of hours needed to complete the service did not add up. I would recommend KAMS to anyone who isn't on a budget and don't really care about how much money they spend.
