Very pleased with the service. The piece that was ordered came in broken so they had to reorder it. When they called to let me know they'd have to keep it overnight they didn't make excuses they just told it like it was I like the honesty. They had it ready for me by noon the next day.

KAMS has serviced my Yukon brakes before, so I went there instead of the dealership. Quick reception and intake. Waited for the inspection to determine what the issue(s) were. After 20 minutes, I got the report that the pads were better than half life, but the rotors were warped causing the pulsating stops. Rather than a whole brake job, they only suggested turning the rotors, saving quite a bit of money. This is not to say the dealership would have done something else, like sell a full brake job. KAMS was honest in the estimate to get me out of there at the lowest cost. I am pleased with their service and commitment to the customer.
