Saturday was my first experience with KAMS and I was very pleased with their service. They were very nice to deal with and I was in and out of there much quicker than I expected.

My experience at KAMS Auto Service Center was wonderful. It is a very professional business and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my service and I plan to use them again. My family will certainly be using KAMS for all our car needs.

Great to deal with. Are forthright when explaining all fees and cost of parts. Also communicate as soon as work is completed as well as if there is any delay. Have worked with several places in Acworth and have found Kams to be the best.Ask for JimThank you!

I have been with Ken and his team since moving to Acworth 10 years ago. I had 3 specific incidents in a row (too much to explain here), where other shops gave me estimates to fix things. I brought it to Ken, and he found the issue at a fraction of the cost. They have proven to be honest, forthright and helpful in many ways. They show trust toward their clients, never making you feel uncomfortable.

I was told by my in-laws that this was the place to go. They said you were a little high ( price wise ) but well worth it. I have to say that were right. From start to finish you guys were right on it with the great costumer service as soon as I walked in the door with the tow truck driver to the phone calls that were made on updates and finally the service by the tech when he came out and spent time with my wife and I talking to us about the problem we had even though he prob. had another car to work on. Thank you for all you do and being honest. That's what has given shops a bad name; dishonesty. You guys are a rare breed, keep it up. Ted & Jennifer Upham

We have had great experiences with Kams servicing our auto and recommend them every chance we get. Making an appointment is easy, whether by phone or internet. Personnel is friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and the waiting area and shop are very clean.

As always do an excellent job and do it while I righLt there. Oil change, injectors cleaned and transmission cleaned and refilled. No problems at all. TOTAL PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE EVEN LITTLE LESS THAN I THOUGHT.

This was our first visit to Kams. We wanted to have a used car checked out before deciding to make a purchase. Kams found a lot of issues with the car so we decided to keep looking . Money well spent for their review and it saved us a lot of money!
